1. Preparation of viewing environment ・ The viewing environment (hardware such as personal computers and smartphones, software such as browsers, communication environment, etc.) necessary for participating in the event shall be prepared and maintained at the expense and responsibility of the participants.

2. We will shoot, record, and record our events in order to improve our service, but do not post or share them on our website, blog, SNS, etc.

3. Matters to be observed when participating ・ Do not provide or share the distribution URL, ID and password for distribution to third parties other than the event participation applicant ・ Distribution content (video, image, various materials, etc.) Do not shoot, record, record, copy, or reuse the contents (the same applies below in this agreement) ・ Do not post or share the contents of the distribution on the homepage, blog, SNS, etc. And follow the instructions ・ Other acts that fall under any of the following or do not perform any act that the Company deems to be applicable If an event participant performs any of these acts, the Company may immediately suspend the use of the participant. Suppose
(1) Acts that violate laws and regulations or acts related to criminal acts
(2) When an act contrary to public order and morals is performed

(3) Acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, honors, or other rights or interests of the Company, event instructors, other event participants, or other related parties or third parties.

(4) Unauthorized access to our network or system, or attempts to gain unauthorized access
(5) When an act that interferes with the operation or progress of the event is performed

(6) Other acts that violate this agreement or that the Company deems inappropriate
4. Suspension or suspension of the event ・ The Company shall be able to suspend or suspend the event in any of the following cases.

(1) When performing regular maintenance or urgent maintenance of the system to carry out the event

(2) When the computer, communication line, etc. for carrying out the event are stopped due to an accident

(3) When the event cannot be operated due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning strikes, fires, storms and floods, power outages, and natural disasters.
(4) In addition, when it is judged that temporary interruption or suspension is necessary for the operation of the event

5. Handling of personal information ・ The handling of personal information of event participants acquired by the Company shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Company's privacy policy (https://www.aguaireco.com/policy).
